Wayne’s career spanned 31 years as a full time U.S. Law Enforcement officer. During this time, he spent 28 years on the Special Weapons And Tactics team responding to over four hundred operational SWAT call outs. During his time on SWAT, Wayne held several positions including Commander.

Wayne is the Executive Director of Global Law Enforcement Operations for Byrna Technologies, he directs and manages all aspects of the Law Enforcement division for Byrna.

Wayne has traveled extensively in the US and Internationally instructing and consulting with Law Enforcement and Security professionals.

Jeremy’s professional career started in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an LAV 25 Crewman for the 2nd LAR Battalion, 2nd Marine Division. After being honorably discharged as a sergeant, he began a career with the Galveston Police Department.

During his seventeen-year career with GPD, Jeremy served on the SWAT team for sixteen years, where he was eventually promoted to Assistant SWAT Commander. For seven years at GPD, Jeremy was the Training Coordinator which prepared him for what he does now with Byrna.

Currently, Jeremy is the Director of Global Law Enforcement Training for Byrna Technologies. Jeremy is responsible for scheduling, coordinating logistics, providing demos, maintaining training curriculum, managing adjunct instructors for all law enforcement training. Since 2021, Jeremy has traveled internationally and all over the country meeting and training professionals of the law enforcement and private security communities.
