BYRNA LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING
The Byrna Law Enforcement division prioritizes the professional development of Law Enforcement agencies through multiple nationally and globally recognized training programs.
These programs are created and managed by experts in the Law Enforcement field. All Directors, Staff Instructors and Adjunct Instructors are retired or active US and International Law Enforcement professionals.
Byrna’s proprietary training programs and courses meet all US and International standards for Police training. The commitment and investment in the training program ensures students are prepared to deploy our less-lethal products, safely and within the guidelines of accepted use.
1. CLASSROOM TRAINING
BYRNA LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAIN THE TRAINER COURSE
Byrna offers a comprehensive and hands on 12-Hour T3 training, to all law enforcement agencies who purchase six units or more. This training meets the requirements of state governing boards for less lethal chemical weapons training and less lethal impact weapons. All officers attending the training will receive access to the Byrna LE website, discussion groups, and additional training materials and resources.

The Byrna law enforcement training programs are facilitated by some of the nation’s top leaders in use-of-force law and application, ethics, and liability reduction. Our expert and veteran instructors bring decades of practical law enforcement experience, including chief administrators, command staff, academy directors, SWAT commanders, and range masters.
BYRNA LAW ENFORCEMENT SCENARIO-BASED TRAINING
Through lifelike simulations, officers can practice employing less-lethal launchers to de-escalate high-stress situations while prioritizing safety. Officers are better equipped to address threats without resorting to lethal force. Byrna's commitment to providing realistic training ensures that officers are well-prepared to navigate complex and volatile situations.

Byrna Law Enforcement Combat Shotgun Course
This 8-hour training course is designed and offered to law enforcement officers, private security officers, corrections officers, and military personnel seeking to increase their knowledge of the12 gauge shotgun while on duty.
